What a great tool! They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. Not only are pictures interesting and visually appealing, they help break up dense text. My organization regularly incorporates pictures and other graphics into newsletters, reports, etc. Also, adding maps to our blog or website would help direct people to the various venues we use to hold workshops, forums, community meetings, etc.

This is all strange and wonderful to me. Among the things that I hope to gain from this course - an understanding of at least some of the things my techno-savvy teenager is talking about!
